Is it normal for the reason to change after a week?

Wrote mine down, then a week later it felt off — like I'd been describing what I thought I should want, not what I actually want. Rewrote it and it feels truer now. Is that expected or did I do the exercise wrong the first time?

Anyone else find it hard to articulate WHY beyond "I want to be more productive"?

Curious how others answered this. Mine kept collapsing back into a to-do list instead of an actual reason.

Morning vs. evening block — does the book have a preference?

Went with an evening block since mornings are chaotic with the kids, and it's worked fine so far. Wondering if I'm missing something by not doing it first thing.

How long before the daily block actually felt automatic?

About two weeks in for me before I stopped having to consciously remember it. Curious if that matches other people's experience or if I was unusually slow to form the habit.
