What a good weekly review actually looks like

A weekly review that only looks backward is a journal entry, not a system. The useful version spends most of its time on one question: what does this week tell me to change about next week?

That's a five-minute exercise, not a fifty-minute one -- which is exactly why most people who try a weekly review quit inside a month. The version in Chapter 6 is built to survive a bad week.
